Spacious and neat venue with a fair value and extremely helpful and very amiable staff. Beautifully presented room with good sized beds, so many space, a mini-fridge, and a safe box. Modern interior design. Unbeatable location just off the centre, right near the cathedral, a Corals Betting Shop over the road and the bus stop. Thoroughly enjoyable overall experience.

Thank you for a memorable stay at the weekend. Brilliant location in an appropriate area that would n't hinder the surrounding residents, you can walk everywhere. It's also not far from York town centre, and all Cathedral and all the other attraction. The breakfast is great and lovely with lovely fresh meat from the adjacent butchers, had well presented food.

Pleasant location for York, right by the centre, right near the cathedral as well as a shop across the road and a pub next door. Also, in the very nice area of Clifton Green. Exceptionally good room, clean bathroom with a whirlpool bath.
